Breaking Wrist

Ok. Here is the deal. I have been playing for only over 15 months. During that time I have enhanced my scoring hugely, however I even now have a pretty crappy swing. I'm able to't seem to end breaking my wrists at the peak of my swing. I've the feeling that I must truly cock my wrists and I seem to be rather literally overdoing it. I wonder if this does not stem from me, not being very flexible, and unable to create a big shoulder turn like a number of the pro's out there. Consequencely, I'm unable to obtain the driver back to parallel with no bending my left arm and over-cocking my wrists. I frequently go past parallel though with this as I lose all sense of where the club finishes it is arc when loading. The other day I managed to end doing this for one round and had my first under par round ever. I tried to feel as if I was not cocking my wrists at all, which seemed to produce what would be deemed the correct amount of wrist cock. The dilemma is that I have been trying unsuccessfully to imitate that feeling for a fortnight with no any luck. My mind tells me that I am creating a half swing and as I go to transition to my downswing, my body panics and tries to gain handsy as if fearing that i do not have enough power otherwise. The weird thing is on that same day that I did successfully stop doing this, I was hitting the ball longer than ever prior to. Does anybody have any ideas how I'm able to overcome this once and for all? I am going crazy here.

Left Wrist. Flat, Bowed or Cupped?

Hey,

I have been playing for a year immediately on and off for the reason that of the weather we get here in Scotland. I have had several lessons, working on posture, grip etc.

One thing that has plagued me invariably is slicing and it's just recently I noticed that I've the worst cupped left wrist imaginable. Here is a pic

Immediately onto my question.

Ought to I've it cupped, bowed or flat?

Wrist rotation

So I have been working on my mechanics alot lately. I once would only keep my wrists locked up on each swing to steer clear of a number of kinda weird contact on the downswing. However immediately I have been rotating them out on the backswing and crossing over on the follow through. I noticed that with my new irons this helps keep my distance where it ought to be, however immediately I am slicing my driver and woods pretty bad.

I guess the question I've is, ought to I move the ball back in my stance for the driver and woods (I currently line up amongst ball only inside my front foot), or ought to I not rotate my wrists out on the back swing at all. I read somewhere that this would generate a number of power, however more essential the crossover at the follow through is "proper" method".

Thank you in advance,

Flux
