My golfswing

Hallo, fellow golfers!

I had my swing filmed yesterday and have decided to place it up here. I guess it makes more sense for you to - hopefully - comment on something filmed compared to something verbally explained.

So, if anybody can point out any faults together with drills to overcome these faults, it'd be highly appreciated.

Drills for fixing an out-to-in swing?

Throughout my golfing life, my natural swing plane has always been a little steep, and I have played what is usually a controlled, high fade.

However, this season, it's looking most like my steep swing has morphed into an out-to-in swing on occasion, rearing it is ugly head far too often. Immediately, depending on the clubface at impact, I am yanking it straight however hard left, or I am hitting a pull slice. I rarely, if ever, hook the ball.

My natural tendency is to aim down the middle of the fairway, even when I think I am playing down the left side. And I do not like the idea of "playing my slice;" I would much rather get this thing fixed than start compensating for obvious flaws.

I am pretty sure it's my swing path... during practice swings, my clubhead blur does appear to be coming in from the outside and cutting across the ball.

Anybody have any ideas on the way to get my path back on track?

Downswing - push or pull, or both?

At the start of the season I had high fades and seemed to struggle a bit hitting my 7-iron 150 yards. Immediately I even now tend to fade on irons however it's much straighter and I hit straight shots as well; 8-iron around 150. My drives were no different - high fades. However immediately I've a tendancy to truly hook the ball.

The change that brought me additional yardages was pulling my irons on my downswing. I do so on my drives and tend to hook or push them (not always).

My question is if my pulling through with left hand is correct, or if it is a sort of compensation for something else (like my casting of the club). What do you guys do or recommend?
