![]() "Left-Hand-Low" Putting GripI read an editorial from Dave Peltz and in it he suggested a lot golfers would benefit by reversing your putting grip for putts in under 10 to 12 feet or lower. I figured I would provide an attempt......INCREDIBLE!!! I understood it would take a while to obtain the "feel" of this, however on the practice green prior to a round I had it down in 10 minutes. His reasoning is that it keeps the "triangle" more true and it's harder to "push" or "pull" a putt this way. For me it worked similar to a dream! Anything longer than 12 feet I even now use my regular grip, however his "Left-Hand-Low" Putting Grip has definately made me a believer after only 2 rounds!!!

Way too a lot 3 putts...terrible.I have always had putting difficulties, so I went to a modified claw grip this summer and had success, however it seems to be failing me immediately. I do not know if it's due to lack of play (first time out in about 3 weeks) or lack of practice...maybe it's lack of self-belief... What does everybody do to practice putting (mainly indoors)? Thank you! Read more on this topic Two Inch Putting CupI have seen a 2" practice hole at several courses, and I would love to purchase one for my home course (and a hole cutter if necessary) so that I'm able to have a 2" cup on the practice green.I am uncertain where I'm able to purchase such a thing. The just true golf course supply company I know (wittek.com) did not have any. Where can I purchase one? Read more on this topic What's your putting style?I was studying a article about Thorp, the low amateur at the BritishOpen:"Thorp finished at even-par 288. His just competition came from U.S. Amateur champion Edoardo Molinari of Italy, who finished at 295. "I played with one of the largest legends in the game and that was simply fantastic," Thorp said. "I discovered very much today." Watson learned a bit, too, for example what it was love to be 18 again. "He is fearless amongst putter. I recall those days," Watson said. "I reveled in it and I wish I could be like that these days." Thinking about my playing buddies I notice there's a large difference in approach to putt. I am 40, however I rarely leave it short... is this an age thing? Doubt it... What is your style? Read more on this topic Other Golf Related Topics
