Is there a trick to this?Thank you in advance Read more on this topic Problem with getting shoulders turned back to 90°I noticed that I am not getting my shoulders turned around to 90° during my back swing. I let my grip pull my arms, shoulders, torso, and hips back into their coiled positions and can feel the built up kinetic energy prepared to uncoil. However I'm able to just achieve about 80° on the back turn. The other thing I do not like with my method is that it's difficult for me to set my wrists back for the reason that there is a tiny bit of tension in my grip as it's the driving force when twisting everything else tight.Immediately, I'm able to effortlessly achieve the 90° back turn if I enable my hips and shoulders to assist out, however then I will loose a number of the built up torsional energy in my hips that I will need to to initiate a powerful downswing.
