Then I'll slowly move to a 3/4 swing, and eventually a complete swing. Provide this drill an attempt if you are struggling with consistent ball striking. According to Kris (my pro), my biggest issue is that I must trust my swing more and receive less technical. This accomplishes this. For the round, I hit 12 or 13 greens and my ball striking was as great as it has been all year. I'm not advocating adding this to your preshot routine, however it definitely enhanced my self-belief. While watching a number of golf I made a decision to hit a number of them in the house. I placed a ball about 10 feet away from my long hallway then tried to thread them down the hallway with no hitting the sides of the hallway and ultimately hitting the door at the finish of the hall (about 30' total length and width is about 4'). It was pretty simple to hit the door till my wife came out of our room since she was taking a nap. LOL!
