 Consistency With IronsI am getting increasingly frustrated with my iron play. I'm able to hit ball after ball straight down the middle on the range. I'm able to usually hit 10-15 great shots between every "duffer" once I get tuned in. I am also reasonably accurate and consistent in terms of hitting the target pins on the range.However, my problem comes when I hit the course. Every one of the range consistency disappears. Maybe it is the changing ground conditions between shots or the truth that you do not get the opportunity to become grooved with a particular club. Maybe I get tense addressing the ball. I really adore the sport even though i've been out golfing just 8 times. My drives i've down immediately, and my putting is ok. The single thing that kills me is my irons. I have tried alot of thing however i rearly ever get under the ball. The 680 has a higher muscle back and hits the ball a little lower. I've a collection of 962bs immediately that hit the ball a little higher than I would like.We all know what a great launch angle, etc. is for a driver, however what is a great launch angle (a reduced, boring one, as better players use) for a 5I? The 5I is the highest numbered club I'm able to hit in my golf dome this winter, and you will be able to't play test a new collection of custom fitted clubs to see whether you like them or not, so I would truly like to create the greatest decision beforehand. What is a great launch angle for a 5I? How much will ball type change the launch angle (I expect it is certain to affect spin rate many more than launch angle)?
