Spin?

Being pretty new to the game of golf, my short game is where I've one of my biggest difficulties. Today when me and my buddies finished we went to the practice green and were chipping out of the ruff attempting to spin the ball. Apart from the ball (prov1's or a 3layerball), and hitting undereath theball, how can I produce alot of spin? What are a number of 60 degree clubs that may assist with this? Thank you for your assist.

Divots

Hi

Do you take divots with game improvement irons (I use Big Bertha 2004)? I’m used to fairways that are cut rather high so you may well say that the ball is nearly teed up. So I usually sweep the ball of the grass. Immediately when I went on my first golf trip, playing on truly nice fairways I had no feeling for the way to hit the ball. After hitting few fat shots and maybe to much into the ground behind the ball I got nervous and finished up hitting thin for the remainder of my rounds. Sadly, my greatest shots came from the rough. Even when I had the belief that I struck the ball well it did only not feel great and the distance was poor. Is it easier to hit trough the ball and take a divot with blade irons?
