![]() Long term, do I need to change my grip?I do not have a camera to take a picture of it however imagine holding a club using your left hand with 3 knuckles exposed (index, middle, and ring). Immediately shake hands with the correct and you'll see no different 3 knuckles on the club. Sometimes it feels as if my right hand is a little strong however I'm able to hit it straight like this. I would prefer to know what y'all think.Thank you. Read more on this topic Gripping further down on the clubor 'choking down on the club'I went out to the range today to experiment, and gripped down nearly a complete 3 inches or so. I am about 5'4" so i am pretty short. Today i gripped further down only enough so that the bottom of the club was flat or parallel to the ground. And............i have never hit more consistent, straight shots. My divots were also pretty flat(where as prior to it was kinda of angled, for the reason that the bottom of the club was pointing upwards towards the sky) Is this a sign i should've my clubs cut down a little?? Read more on this topic Some grip help please...I usually grip the club so tight that by the finish of the majority of rounds I've a blister on my right hand ring finger (I'm right handed, this is where I interlock my right ring finger and left pinkie)I attempt to relax my grip however I locate that I consistantly seem to revert back to squeezing the crap out of the club... At the range I've tried the "pro" overlap grip and even a baseball grip however I seem to truly lose control and spray shots all around the place for the reason that I do not have a firm enough grip on the club... I've average to small hands I'd say, and I use regular tour wrap grips... Also, the majority of mistakes I make when striking the ball is a push to the right, and I ocaisionally hit a nasty hook with my driver... Any advice would be appreciated...
