Fred Funk Line Up.

So I go to my round within 24 hours and on the range I flat out can not hit my driver. While im in the bathroom I see a article in golf digest and it is a line up routine by Fred Funk.

What you do is, pick a spot welll down your line similar to a tree and the finish of the hole. You place your club head on that object and draw a line using your clubhead and follow it using your eyes to your ball and pick a spot right in front of the ball that lines up amongst line, similar to a tall piece of grass. You then line your club up and place your body parallel to the target line and swing away.

Today I hit 13/14 fairways with my driver and woods compared to a 4/14 yesturday.

Have any of you tried/ do this method? If you fail to I'd highly reccommend trying it.

"Mixed Bag"

I've been toying around with 2 different sets of clubs. I previously played a collection of MaxFli Revolution Irons, however only definitely wore them out.

I've a collection of Titleist DCI 990's and also a collection of Tommy Armour EVO31 Reduced Offset Blades. I've been trading off between them each fortnight attempting to decide which I would like to play full time. To be honest, the're things I like about both of them. The Evo's are truly sweet for feedback and workability, however they're not at all forgiving. The short irons on the Evo's also launch higher than the Titleists by design. I like the long irons on the Titleists.

I was only wondering if any of you've tried a mixed collection of clubs using diverse types of clubs in the long, mid and/or short irons? How successful do you believe this may be?

over the top and being tired

I played 72 this weekend and tired as hell, however I'd a swing question I was searching for a number of assist on.

I noticed that as I tired my driver swing would begin to turn into a over the top slice-o-matic. As I grew even more tired the remainder of the clubs would soon follow. Any suggestions on the way to compensate for this on the course with no having too a lot swing thoughts? In previous time I've tried to pretend that my elbowes were strapped to my chest, however I just realized that helped after my marathon was over.

On another note, does anybody bring out a camera on the course when they play? It would be a large assist if I could see my swing, however is it obnoxious to ask somebody i am playing with to video my swing during a round? The camer is tiny, pocket size, I'm not talking about a complete blown video camera.

Lastly my putting was averaging around 22 puts per side. Is there any way to manage the dilemma of practicing on one speed/quality of green and playing on another? The green I practice on isn't all that fast, and it took me quit a lot of holes after warming up to obtain the speed and feel. I use a belly putter so it isn't as much a dilemma with my stroke as getting the feel quickly for the speed.
