Low drives

I'm having difficulties getting the ball to the correct trajectory with my 3 wood off the tee. I think I can be hitting down on it too much, however do not know precisely how get the correct sweeping swing. I'm able to get away with it on the majority of holes however I play 2 holes that are uphill that I consistantly hit worm burners on and lose many distance. Ought to I play the ball even further left in my stance or what? Thank you.

Hitting a soft fade with the 2

Have been hitting the ball excellent the previous few time at the range. Get their do a number of stretching, pull out the PW, 8, 6, 4. Than I get to the 2 iron and seem to be hitting a soft fade (220 yds). Could it be the I'm setting my 2 iron to far up in my stand causeing this fade for the reason that all my other shots are right in line with my target?
