Heeeeere's Jonny!

This is my swing both down the line and from the side. I used InPractis video kiosk to capture the swings, and used their video player to compare it to Brady Riggs. The InPractis is very cool, and it does not cost $85/hour like working with my coach. You're able to view the comparable swing speeds between myself and Brady.

I hit it OK when I trust my swing, however my left arm is breaking down and I am wondering if I am leaving something behind in terms of swing speed or consistency. I tried increasing my spine tilt (which is the reason I'm prepare so far behind the ball), however it's still occurring.

Tell me what you think.

Have an enjoyable time,
JG

Lower body stability?

I have been having many trouble with my fast hip since I began learning golf last spring. My hip was very quick that it got too much forward of my upper body resulted in leaving my club face (even wedges) wide open at impact.

Anyways fast foward to immediately. I have been working with a pro and slowed down my hip to have a controlled fade with my irons. (Driver/3W even now have those banana balls 70% of the time.) My pro suggest that I put a beach ball between my knees to maintain my hip turning too fast.

Last time I went to the range, I hit a number of irons and moved on to 3W. I was like "ok let's bring out the beach ball." And WOW I began to hit my 3W straight. Then I switched to my driver, and damn those bananas were gone. My worst shots were 10 yard push or pull. As quickly as I took the beach ball off. Slices were back.

I realized my lower body is my just weakness to better ball striking, however I'm able to't have a beach ball between my knees when I play on the course (Maybe I'm able to ). What can I do to boost the stability of my lower body?
